While it is true that the =DirtyDozen= do use a militaristic system of ranks as an established chain of command it is understood that a given rank does in no way represent a demeening of a member's worth to clan.
Each member, regardless of rank, has valid input and skills that may benefit the clan as a whole. All are considered to be ambassadors and direct representatives of the =DirtyDozen= name.
Here, we present each rank currently held by at least one [1] clan member and describe a little about the functions and responsibilities that are expected of them, beginning with the highest.
Captain [Capt.]
The Capt. leads the =DirtyDozen= as the Commanding Officer. Along with the Executive Officer and NCO's, the Capt. ensures the clan is running smoothly and is responsible for the resolution of disputes. He has final say in all matters affecting the clan as a whole.
First Lieutenant [1st Lt.]
The 1stLt. serves as the Battalion Executive Officer. He is responsible for arranging clan practices, matches and for posting match rosters.
Second Lieutenant [2nd Lt.]
The 2nd Lt. serves on the command staff and is responsible for aiding in the organization of clan practices, inter-clan matches, posting match rosters, and supervising server information and administration.
Sergeant [Sgt.]
The Sgt. is responsible for a variety of tasks including that of being Primary Server Administrators and may also partake in Website Design and Forum Administration. They also assist the CO and XO in clan matters.
Corporal [Cpl.]
Like the Sgt., the Cpl. is responsible for a variety of tasks, including directly aiding the Sgt. in their functions.
Private, First Class [PFC]
The PFC has served in the clan for a matter of months and is a valued member of the clan. They are not only players; they share the responsibilities of Server Administrators and often arrange the details for clan matches with the permission and guidance of the Command Staff.
Private [Pvt.]
Upon acceptance into the clan, the Pvt. rank is awarded. They are accepted members of the clan and are expected to uphold the =DirtyDozen= name and participate in clan practices and matches, work hard, support their platoon [should they be assigned to one] and be respectful to all members in order to be promoted in due time.
